Help Us !
This fort, and others like it need help, firstly, financial help, and lots of it.
Secondly, the basic infrastructure of these forts needs an overhaul, we require :- plastic water pipe, and the fittings, electrical cable, distribution boards, of the industrial type, circuit breakers for the same, bulkhead lights, (the more the merrier ) conduit, preferably plastic and black, SON lights, 3 pin sockets and boxes, work lights, and fans ! as well as wheel barrows, shovels, brooms, some camping gear, or a marquee would help to house volunteers, donations of any of these things would be greatly appreciated, as would any help we can get doing the work.
To make this fort as "green " as possible, our wish list would contain solar panels or wind turbines, to generate our own electricity, saving quite a lot of our hard won funds, we have electricians and plumbers, as well as a few willing seasonal volunteers, we just need a generous benefactor, or i need to win the lottery !
